Returning to a full-fledged, in-person SDCC for the first time since 2019, the 2022 Funko San Diego Comic-Con exclusives give Pop! collectors much to look forward to from the summer con. We did a Pokemon box break, some Pop Hunt videos and now were kicking off our 2 Soda Saturdays.
The most popular convention of the year for Pop! fans, San Diego Comic-Con 2022 runs from July 21 to July 24. We said we wanted to throw in some different things in 2021. Of course, that's just the tip of the iceberg.
The official announcements began on June 14. In addition to the in-person aspect that largely takes place at the Funko booth (aka Funkoville), there are shared versions for most of the 2022 Funko San Diego Comic-Con Exclusives. These are available from various retailers, both in-store and online, with a different box sticker. SDCC Fundays returns, as well, along with the Box of Fun. The themed boxes will be sold online like last year.
